Tracking your cargo is even easier now!

The UTLC ERA website re-launches its convenient cargo tracking function.

Thanks to the new section structure, your data security remains protected, while the cargo location data is available to all parties of the shipment.

How does it work?

In order to find a cargo (container), a user has to enter the container number and the forwarder’s subcode according to RZD found in column 23 of the SMGS waybill. The section was developed with users’ convenience in mind: hints we added will help you figure out how to fill the data in.

As a result, the user gets the full information about the container and its location: current position, status, distance to the destination station and expected arrival date in the UTLC ERA service.

If incorrect data is entered, or the container is not available in any of the UTLC ERA services, a pop up message will say: “Container not found or subcode is incorrect.”

The new section logic is in the trial mode now, so we would be grateful for any feedback that lets us improve our online services.
