Hainan Logistics Group is the only first-tier provincial logistics enterprise in Hainan Province and is directly supervised by the Hainan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC). The company officially commenced operations on 30 December 2023.
Its core mission is to keep logistics corridors flowing and reduce costs. Its strategic positioning is to integrate and organise logistics supply chains for the Hainan Free Trade Port and to operate integrated domestic and international logistics services. Its business covers the development and operation of logistics hubs, integrated supply chain services, the promotion and application of smart logistics, cross-border digital trade services, and green, low-carbon and new-energy activities.
Hainan Logistics Group operates regular scheduled container trains on the Guangzhou Dalang–Haikou route, serving inbound traffic to Hainan Island. The company is also actively working on plans to launch international freight train services from Haikou to Europe, Central Asia and other destinations.

•    Service objective: Reliable direct freight connections across Eurasia

Main cargo types
The service will accept bookings for a broad range of export general cargo suitable for rail transport, including automotive parts, electronic components, light industrial products and daily consumer goods.

Supporting services
•    Reliable transit times and predictable delivery. The China-Europe Railway Express will operate to a fixed schedule along a designated route, with direct service to Moscow. Compared with maritime routes involving a longer detour, the service is expected to significantly reduce transit times and avoid uncertainties such as port congestion and extreme weather, supporting reliable delivery.
•    End-to-end control and cargo security. The rail journey will be monitored throughout, and cargo status can be tracked. This helps reduce the risk of cargo damage and supports the safe transport of goods across borders.
•    Customs support and convenient booking. Services include booking, export customs declarations and cross-border customs clearance.
•    Flexible logistics solutions. Logistics plans can be tailored to customers’ requirements, including door-to-door transport.
