According to the head of China Railway Group's freight transportation department, since the beginning of this year, the company has taken full advantage of China's railway network, centralized and unified dispatching management, accelerated the construction of a modern railway logistics system and continued to improve the capacity and quality of railway freight.

Overall, China's national railroad dispatched 337 million tons of freight (+2.8%) in May, and the average daily loading rate was 180,500 railcars (+3%). The railway sector made effective use of the internal and external coordination mechanism, strengthened the construction of the China-Europe freight train channel and transportation organization, continued to expand cargo categories, and actively increased traffic volume.
